The rental management company usually responded within minutes to all our questions and concerns, and the property was well maintained and clean. Kayaking on the lake was an added and unexpected bonus. Thanks for accommodating our large gathering.

This house and property is absolutely stunning with plenty of space for our group of seven. However, it was very dirty and things were not working properly. It appeared to have fresh made beds and linens, thankfully, but the house with not clean. Personal belongings (including shoes at door) and opened food, were left behind. There were mouse feces in the kitchen and bedrooms. The toilet in the master bathroom was not working properly. The water ran constantly and we had to wiggle the parts inside the bowl to get it to flush. The shower head in that bathroom constantly dripped. We loved the hot tub but it after one use, the circuit overloaded causing it to shut off. I contacted that host, who promptly replied, knew what happened, and instructed me on how to find the circuit breaker to fix it. This worked but it took an entire day to reheat so we couldn’t use it again. We were unable to use the outdoor fire pit because it hadn’t been shoveled out. But we enjoyed the indoor one!

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear you found the home beautiful and spacious for your group. That said, I do want to address several points in your review, as they don’t align with the condition of the property at check‑in or with the information you shared during your stay. Before every arrival, I complete and save timestamped pre‑check photos, and for your reservation those photos show that the refrigerator was completely empty and I do not see shoes or personal belongings at the door. I wish you had reached out about these concerns during your stay, as I would have been happy to review the photos with you in real time and send the cleaners back immediately. Regarding the maintenance items you mentioned: You did notify me about the hot tub tripping the breaker, and I responded right away with instructions that resolved the issue. Unfortunately, hot tubs do require time to reheat after a reset, but I’m glad you were able to enjoy it initially. The outdoor fire pit area can accumulate snow quickly depending on weather conditions, but I’m glad the indoor fireplace was a highlight for your group. Cleanliness and guest comfort are extremely important to me, and I take all feedback seriously. I only wish I had been given the opportunity to correct any concerns while you were still on the property. Thank you again for staying.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The home is beautiful, spacious, and stocked with everything you could need — plenty of board games, a hot tub, and enough space for our group of 6 without anyone feeling cramped. Getting there in winter is a little tricky since Google Maps shows some incorrect road closure info, but the host proactively sent us directions ahead of time which saved us the headache. When we had some trouble getting the hot tub going, the host was quick to respond and helped us sort it out. Great value overall. Vermont in winter is stunning and I imagine summer would be just as good. Would definitely come back.

The property exceeded our expectations. Some upgrades would be welcomed but nothing was lacking at all. We will be renting again for sure, which I believe says it all. Management was quick to respond to all our inquires. Thank you for a great weekend.

This cabin is such a lovely and fun place to stay. Very spacious, plenty of activities from the hot tub, sauna, game room and spacious common areas with plenty of natural light throughout. Plus plenty of privacy with multiple bedrooms and their own bathrooms. And the host is super responsive and helpful and they even granted us a late checkout! Highly recommend and will stay again if I travel back to the area!

We had a great time celebrating the New Year in VT. The house was spacious for 3 families and the property offered the opportunity to enjoy the winter outdoors. The area is rural but that is exactly what we wanted. Would return, thanks for sharing the home.

This home was spacious, peaceful, well appointed and perfect for our weekend boys getaway. We enjoyed the game room with pool, ping pong and darts as well as the hot tub, fireplace and amazing kitchen. The listing does not do justice to the space and number of rooms/beds. We were all very comfortable and would definitely return. Great communication from the management company, flexible check in and clear directions to access what is a fairly remote home. Book this for your family or friends getaway - just make sure you have AWD! Only other note I would make is that the home is not really IN Brattleboro, you are much closer to other towns. It was very close to some awesome hikes and breweries so the location is great.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin in Vermont! The home is surrounded by woods with a small pond, offering total privacy and a true feeling of being disconnected from the world. We visited in the fall, and the scenery was absolutely stunning — colorful trees and leaves falling all around made it feel magical. The cabin itself was spacious, clean, and cozy, with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. While some of the furniture and parts of the house could use a little updating, it didn’t take away from how peaceful and beautiful the place was overall. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Fantastic find! Great for hosting larger groups. Spent the weekend away with friends and their children, ample space for young kids to run around both inside and outside. Pond had two boats with life vests and other activities in the shed that made good use o f the outdoors. Game room was a hit. Beds were comfortable, every room had it's own bath. Could use more linens, particularly kitchen and bath hand towels. Kitchen had all you needed though could be more well stocked with cleaner/paper goods and organized. Roadways were easy to navigate during the summer but sign indicating the street could be at better eye level. Management group was very responsive when we had questions. Overall would rent again, potentially for a longer period of time next year.

Beautiful place, with plenty of scenery around. The condition of the house needs some work (doors don’t stay on their tracks), but that never took away from our experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get away and be in the woods or mountains for a bit!

This is a beautiful house and a beautiful location. For our family, it was a perfect destination for a long weekend together. However, I’m guessing from previous reviews that our experience was unusual in one way: The house was not clean. It had clearly been tidied up, but the floors were visibly dirty, there were cleaning rags left around the house, and there were swim trunks in the kitchen and the sheets on the primary bedroom bed were visibly dirty, and we found shorts in the bed. When we notified the property manager about these issues, the response was very unsatisfying. We were told that sheets — which were dirty and had someone’s shorts in them — had been changed, and we were offered a small discount on the cleaning fee for the rest of the house. Overall, I would highly recommend this house and personally look forward to an opportunity to stay again with a better experience.

Thanks so much for the honest feedback, and we're really sorry the home wasn’t up to standard when you arrived. While the home was cleaned and the sheets were definitely changed before your stay, it’s clear some things were missed. We later discovered that the shorts had been accidentally pinned between the bed and the wall during the turnover — not an excuse, just an explanation — and it’s something we take seriously. We’ve since brought in a new cleaning crew for this property and added extra quality checks to make sure it doesn’t happen again. We’re glad you still enjoyed the home and hope to welcome you back for the kind of stay we’re known for!

The house is really fun. We were there just before the summer season so the outdoor activities were not in great shape during our stay - the boat house for the kayak/canoe was really not so inviting, but the boats worked. Otherwise we had a great stay.

This place was the perfect place to get away together! We have multiple families and we each have plenty of space to be together and have space to ourselves! We loved being able to cook and play games together! We truly enjoyed our time and even got to enjoy the hot tube in the snow!

I stayed with a group of 7 friends and we had a blast. We were all comfortable in our spacious rooms and in suite bathrooms. The space is even better in person, and the surroundings were beautiful. we made most of our meals or ventured to nearby towns easy enough for meals and provisions. I will say, follow the written instructions provided by the host. the Google maps instructions did not match and will give directions for a slightly treacherous drive given the back country roads and Vermont mud season. I would stay again!

A truly private and open cabin, beautiful views at the dining room or upstairs rooms. Landscaping and outdoor areas were wonderful. Timber framing and logs really made the home feel warm especially with the spaciousness. The bedrooms were laid out for multi-family usage with privacy and bathrooms/sitting rooms in three separate areas of the house. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The pool table/ping pong, jacuzzi, and well stocked game closet was wonderful for keeping everyone entertained. Overall, we would highly recommend the house, host and location.

We had an absolutely amazing weekend staying at this beautiful Airbnb for my mom and her Pisces Queen birthday gathering. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how stunning the space was – cozy, stylish, and incredibly welcoming. The attention to detail was impeccable, with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The host was wonderful and made sure we felt right at home, which made the weekend even more special. The location was also perfect for our celebration, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to everything we needed. The private Chef we hired loved the flow of the kitchen and all the space. Which made it extremely easy to plate and serve everything. My mom and her fellow Pisces Queens, had an unforgettable time, and we’re so grateful for such a perfect place to celebrate. We would absolutely recommend this spot for anyone looking to have a memorable and relaxing getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

This was an awesome place to stay. We came for a winter getaway and we ended up getting some snow on the second day. Luckily, the home was cozy and had plenty of activities to keep us busy throughout our stay. We especially loved hanging out in the hot tub, playing pool, star gazing and checking out the natural scenery nearby. I would love to come back to check out the area when the weather is warmer.
