Very cute, clean and private tiny home with a beautiful view of the Green Mountains! Listing says for 4 but that would be tight, perfect for 2. Great kitchen with everything supplied to make meals, very nice new appliances. Local general stores that were well stocked and close by, and not far from Manchester. We hope to return!

Great (very small) place for 2, we knew that going it and it was OK for a short stay. Not a great value considering the smallness. The Wi-Fi was terrible, they need to upgrade with higher speeds.

Absolutely 10/10 recommend staying here!!! It was exactly as described, pictured and was just exactly what we were looking for, for a quiet weekend away. Loved that the kitchen was stocked, and all the furnishings were high quality and as pictured. Super comfortable mattress and the view was great in the summer! We drove into Manchester about 30 mins for dinner and walking around, and drove to a hike about 30 mins away, so it was the perfect balance of being away/but still close enough to places! Would absolutely stay again!

10/10! The house is exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Everything is brand new, well kept, and very clean. The layout and supplies are well thought out and has everything you need for your stay. It's only 15 minutes from Stratton Mountain which was great. I would definitely stay here again would recommend to anyone else looking to stay in the area.

Overall, the stay was good and the tiny home was as described. It was a fun experience to stay in a tiny house, and the bed was very comfortable! The host was communicative and provided clear instructions, which made everything easy. A couple small things could make it better. Providing laundry pods would be helpful for guests. Also, since there isn’t a dishwasher, the dishes and utensils depend on how well previous guests wash them and weren’t quite as clean as we would have liked. We brought our own supplies, so it was fine for our two-night stay.

The Alpine Overlook was a beautiful little place with amazing views! Perfect for a few day getaway to hit the nearby mountains for snowboarding / skiing. The place was super clean, well taken care of, and cozy. Everything was amazing - will 100% be comming back!

This place overcame my expectations, clean, elegant, cozy, warm!! If it wasn’t for the weather that in reality was our fault not to be prepared, it would have been less stressful. But the place its a 100/10, the view takes away your breath, winter looks heavenly, the windows in the ceiling so you could see the moon and starts OMG!! The peacefulness and quietness you feel up there is something words cant describe, YOU HAVE TO STAY TO EXPERIENCE IT!!. Will reserve again for summer to experience a different weather but I 200% recommend this place for couples. I didn’t ask but I would suggest for the winter month maybe have a bucket of salt and shovel just in case. But its not a dealbreaker at all!!! Thank you guys!!!

We had a lovely stay. Very easy to access driving up from southern states. The home was beautiful with gorgeous windows and natural light. The view was very peaceful and the fire was cozy. Everything was quite clean and we were able to cook meals in the kitchen. The spiral staircase has a lot of charm, though would be tight to navigate if you have mobility issues. There is a fully stocked grocery store under 10 mins away, as well as a coffee shop down the road, some restaurants and gas. With that convenient proximity, there is a bit of road noise. The house is not in isolation, as you can see a few neighbors through the woods, though still felt private enough.

Management was terrific on every level. The house is extremely well- appointed in a fabulous "Green Mountain Nat'l Forest" location. The only item guests need to evaluate are the circular metal stairs to the 2nd floor bedroom, while the bathroom is on the 1st floor. For seniors or those with mobility issues, it could make for challenges.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The surrounding view is beautiful, and the home is peaceful and private. 20 turkeys came through the yard one morning, which was cool to see! The spiral staircase up to the loft is a bit tight, but otherwise the space didn't feel small. It was very cozy. The loft area stayed quite warm even though it was chilly outside at night. Overall it was a really pleasant getaway for the weekend and we would come back!

The tiny house is so perfect for 2 people. It's so nice waking up and seeing the amazing views from the loft. The bed is super comfortable. The washer and dryer and kitchen appliances are all high quality and extremely clean, and the grill set up is nice for summer. Well maintained property, near lots of hiking and scenic locations. Great restaurants within 10 minutes drive. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful AirBnB nestled in the forest with an incredible view and privacy. My fiancee and I loved spending the weekend here. Only thing that was amiss was not having enough amenities available. No body wash was provided, only shampoo and conditioner. There was one roll of toilet paper and paper towels. We could have used more for two nights. Greg was a very responsive host, however, and offered to reimburse me if I purchased them. Highly recommend this AirBnB in the Spring/Summer.
