Welcome to the Sundance Slopeside! This unit has one of the best locations of any home at Mount Snow. It eliminates the stress of finding parking at the mountain and long walks to the car after a full day of skiing, just a short walk to the lifts! After skiing, enjoy the warm fireplace in the living room or take advantage of the many amenities the newly renovated complex has to offer like the heated indoor pool, hot tubs, or saunas. During the summer, enjoy outdoor basketball/tennis!

This unit features an open concept living space with 2 bedrooms (one with an ensuite bathroom) and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen has all of your cooking needs (pots, pans, cutlery, etc). Enjoy the cozy living room while the fireplace crackles in the background.

Another great feature is a dedicated ski/snowboard locker located just outside the unit. The unit is also located close to the amenity center which makes it easily accessible!

Reserve amenity access at the Sportscenter with the new reservation system! The entire complex was renovated in 2021 including indoor and outdoor pools, indoor hot tubs/saunas, brand new locker room, new outdoor BBQ grill access poolside. You can also reserve a time slot to use the Pelotons!

Really great location especially for skiers - we skied back to the house after our first day! Owners were responsive and kitchen had many utensils. The only thing we were disappointed in was the condition of the place as it was somewhat dated. Doesnt bother skiers though given the access to the slopes.

Loved the ski-in/-out via the trail behind the building leading directly to Sundance lift. Trail is somewhat narrow and can get icy, not for novice skiers.

We enjoyed staying at the condo. It was a good layout with beds in back (one en suite) and LR, DR, kitchen in the front, and the LR area has recently been updated. Wifi worked great. There’s a ski path about 20 steps behind the unit which takes you to the base area (lodge + ski lift). The amenity center is very clean, and includes showers in the locker rooms, sauna, hot tubs, pool, work out area. The mountain itself (Mount Snow) was great, plenty of ski terrain for all types. The town of Dover (about 5 minutes away) has some restaurants, with many more if you go to Wilmington (about 15 mins away), which also has a large Shaws grocery store. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location - very easy to ski to and from the mountain. Interior could use a good refresh. A maintenance man was in our unit when we came back for lunch, and was argumentative about not being there while guests were staying in the unit. Hopefully the owners do better at making sure maintenance comes after guests check out of the unit.

We very much enjoyed our stay overall. The condo is very spacious and the location is excellent — truly convenient for a ski trip. The ski-on/ski-off setup and ski locker made getting on and off the mountain incredibly easy, and the recreation center amenities (especially the pool and hot tub) were a great bonus after skiing. The host was very responsive and helpful, which we really appreciated. The unit itself is a bit dated in places, and some of the soft goods and finishes show their age. Everything was functional and comfortable, but a few updates would enhance the experience, especially given the price point. That said, the convenience and location made it a great base for a ski weekend.
