This place was great for our purposes as it was next to the golf course and to the town of Wilmington. Of note, the host was very responsive upon check-in to our originally booked unit when we found that the refrigerator and freezer were inoperable. He allowed us to stay in this unit as an alternative. As previous guests have noted, this place could use a bit of a deep clean. Otherwise the unit fit our needs well.

House is a little tired and could use a deep cleaning. Lots of very thick spiderwebs and dust in living& sleeping spaces. Bathrooms & kitchen were clean

We had a great stay! The instructions from the host were very easy to follow. The house is a short drive to Mt. Snow. The house was well stocked with items, making our stay a breeze and enjoyable. The beds were also very comfortable.

Our stay was good the unit is in perfect location - close to the mountain for skiing and downtown Wilmington. The unit itself was very nice with enough room for our party of 8. Sauna was also a big plus after a day of skiing. Our only complaint was the unit was not cleaner side of things in some regards but nothing to discourage our stay. The bedsheets seem a little bit little bit dirty in the bunkbeds and some of the bathroom is need a little bit more upkeep. Hopefully the owner takes this information and ensures these issues are addressed. All in all we would recommend the place but at the same time would consider other places within the vicinity as well.

The townhouse is just as it appears in the photographs! The check-in process was easy. We arrived after dark so it was a bit hard to find but other than that, it was great! Please be prepared for a fairly lengthy check-out process. Compared to other options in the area, this was great value for the money and it provided way more space than a hotel room!

This unit was perfect for our annual father golf weekend. 3 1/2 baths was perfect. Location is great. Very close to both Wilmington and west Dover which both have plenty of activities. The fire place was awesome and we used it each nite. Will try to stay here again next year.

This location was perfect for a weekend golf tournament. Host was quick and responsive leading up to and including our stay. There is a nice deck overlooking the 10th tee box, kitchen was great with both drip and k-cup coffee makers.

We loved staying in this rental for a long ski weekend. It was cozy warm, and beautiful. The driveway and surrounding roads were plowed despite a big storm, so the place was very accessible no matter the weather. Highly recommend this rental!
