My group and I had a great time during our stay for a Summer golf trip. The property is peaceful and private and very close to Mount Snow and the many golf courses/ski resorts in the area. Everything was immaculate, we enjoyed the large modern kitchen and the games in the basement. Will look to come back again in the future and would highly recommend!

This Home was perfection. The heated floors, the privacy, the cleanliness, the homes safety. The beds were soft and comfortable. All the appliances worked. The host was extremely responsive and detailed to my questions. We had a slight emergency and Morgan not only did he respond quickly he assisted us immediately. Highly recommended worth every single dollar spent for this rental.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this house! It was extremely spacious for 10 people and very clean. We enjoyed cooking and playing in the game room. The house looks exactly like the photos, which we were pleasantly surprised about! Not far from town and there’s a lovely creek near the house if you go for a walk. The house was not stocked with firewood but the host kindly provided at my request; the living room is so cozy with a fire however it didn’t provide much warmth. We especially enjoyed the game table in the living area. It’s pricey but we enjoyed it very much. Overall lovely home, very cozy and comfy! Thank you!

Stunning home just 10 min from MT Snow. We stayed with a group of friends for a weekend away in fall and it was excellent! Plenty of space with sleeping accommodations that were extremely comfortable and the entire home was impeccably designed! We would return for sure. Great sleeping arrangements for families as well! We had a nice dinner at the Alpine Bistro in Wilmington. Lots of little shops to check out and trails close by.

The place was beautiful and spacious as advertised. The location was very private and quiet. All the sleeping accommodations were cozy and comfortable for our large group. The hot tub was also great. None of the TVs worked properly, which was disappointing. The place was also not sufficiently cleaned between stays, as there were items left behind in the fridge, as well as several balloons and confetti left behind on first floor from what appeared to be a first birthday party. Overall, we had a good time but are unlikely to book again.

I rented this property for a girls trip to celebrate my 50th birthday. The house was stunning and beautifully decorated and maintained. We were all in awe of it. Enough beds and bathrooms for all of the ladies to get ready in a timely fashion. It was everything I hoped it would be and made my birthday weekend a celebration I will cherish always!

The custom log cabin was a great spot for a low key girl's weekend. It had all the amenities we needed, especially when we unexpectedly got snowed in. Property manager was incredibly responsive when we noticed something going on with the house, and was out to fix it within an hour. It's in a great spot and close to great restaurants and breweries in Dover and Wilmington, but beware of closures in mud season. Would stay here again!

Beautiful and comfortable home. The kitchen was a joy to cook in. the living room spaces were incredibly spacious and comfortable. I especially appreciated that they have a regular service to clean and care for the hot tub. The sound of the river outside was peaceful and calming. All the beds were so comfortable!

This was an incredible stay & our hosts were clear and concise with all aspects of the rental, even checking in with us before hand to ensure we were comfortable upon check in. We had a wonderful time staying at and can't say enough great things about this beautiful house. It is so spacious with several places to sit, relax, and feel super cozy. We spent most of our time in the main living room enjoying a roaring fire, playing games, and watching movies on the large screen tv. The furniture and beds were so plush and comfortable. We relaxed in the large hot tub and had a beautiful night sky view. The owners of Venture Rentals were very friendly and helpful, and responded quickly to any questions we had. This house is perfect and close to the town of Wilmington and hiking trails. We highly recommend staying here!!

Wonderful and responsive flexible hosts. We had an incredible stay at this top-of-the-line stunning custom house! Our group of ten found it to be spacious and perfect for our needs. The kitchen was fantastic—well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable. The hot tub and game room were highlights of our stay, providing hours of relaxation and entertainment. Fun was had by all, and we can't wait to return! Highly recommended.

Home was clean, incredibly well appointed with high-end finishes, quality linens and a well stocked kitchen. Easily accessed from rt100 and a short distance from the Hermitage Club, Mount Snow and downtown Wilmington, this home nevertheless feels a world away. Situated at the end of a private road, the large, partially covered back porch and walk out basement overlook a large lawn bordered large pines and an audibly babbling-brook. The main living spaces on all floors are placed to maximize this view scape and the home offers many spaces, amenities (hot tub, fire pit, arcade games) and ‘moments’ to bond with friends and family. The hosts were top-tier communicators, gave clear and easy to follow instructions for access and use and were available our entire stay for questions. We would happily come back!

The pictures didn’t do this home justice! It was beautiful inside and out, and felt like I was in someone’s luxury home. The bedrooms were comfortable and well decorated, and there were plenty of activities in the home. I cannot wait to return!

An absolutely beautiful home with meticulous design and detail. The home is massive but felt cozy all at the same time. The main living room was grand in all the right ways, immaculate construction and reminded you that you were staying at a high end mountain home. The chefs kitchen was a hit and plenty of cooking took place. If you like to get busy in the kitchen, this place will not disappoint. Bedrooms were wonderful, the main bedroom with the king bed had a ton of natural light (if you want to sleep in, bring a sleep mask lol…we didn’t care to sleep in but FYI). The beds were all very comfortable based on the feedback from our group of 10. We watched the Super Bowl in the “basement” (ground floor on the back side of the house with large windows and 10ft + ceilings). TV in the basement is massive- pictures don’t do it justice. Everything is bigger and better in person. The kids loved the game room, great touch! 8 mins to Mt Snow. We can’t wait to come back! P.S. Morgan is awesome!

This place was absolutely beautiful. Basement space was perfect for the kids and had so many things to do. All I have to say is WOW!!!! What a stunning house. We had such an amazing time. The pictures do this house no justice. We were two families a total of 12 of us. Everyone had a bed (which were very conformable) and a bathroom which were very clean!!! We will definitely book this house again very soon. Also I want to add Morgan we super attentive and accommodating, answered our question very fast. Thank you again will be telling friends about this house.

I really don’t know where to start. The place doesn’t do enough justice over the phone, you would have to see in in person to get the full on experience. Morgan let us know everything to the tee before I even asked. The rooms are amazing the bathrooms are jaw dropping and the scenery in a place thats far from neighbors was the perfect getaway for all of us. Jacuzzi was very easy to turn on and adjust as needed. The game room is a place to compete and it will take a toll for sure. Love how there was a lounge area/living room on each floor. The place was very cozy and It was just a perfect getaway for my bday weekend. We plan on either going to this place once a season or looking at more of Morgan’s airbnbs just because he has so many and he is a wonderful very commutative host. Thanks Morgan and Greg you guys rock!!!

The perfect house for a book group getaway. Spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. A private and quiet setting but just a few miles to the center of Wilmington. Bright foliage even on a very rainy weekend. Hot tub and fire pit added a great deal.

This was a wonderful place for 10 women golfers to stay. Clean, comfortable beds and furniture. The jacuzzi was clean and soothing after several rounds of golf!What a peaceful place to stay and enjoy. We will try and return to this place! Our Host was responsive. A couple of things need to be repaired. The microwave was broken and the stove only had 2 burners working and the main oven didn’t work but there was a smaller one that worked for us

Lynn, thank you for your feedback on these items. The microwave has been fixed, and we tested the main oven which is working fine, so I am not sure of what the issue was. However, we are having a full tuneup done for the stove on October 20th, 2023 so it will be back to like-new condition. Again, thank you for staying and we hope to host you again soon!
