Chimney Hill Home w New Hot Tub Amenity Center

Honestly, this place was exactly what we had hoped for. Everything was accurate, the host shared tons of useful info, I had no questions as everything was presented to us ahead of time, and, best of all, the house was better than the pictures. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with space for a lot of people.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home tucked away in Wilmington as it was everything we were hoping for! The peaceful setting, gorgeous scenery, and private location made it the perfect getaway for our family. The home was spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, reconnect, and enjoy quality time together. We especially enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub, taking advantage of the community pool, and playing the assortment of games provided including the pool table! Also, our host was welcoming and responsive. Like any well-loved vacation home, there were a few small things that could be refreshed, such as the BBQ and some of the outdoor seating, and we noticed a slight musty smell at times. These were only minor details, but it didn't take away from our overall experience. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We had a fantastic time exploring beautiful Vermont and would happily return!

Great location, quick drive into town for Dot’s Diner, Daily Roost, etc. Access to Chimney Hill clubhouse was great for indoor pool during bad weather. Big, carpeted, first floor was fun for toddler play. Solid back yard for the dog. Master bed wasn’t very comfortable, and there were no bathtubs (only standing showers) which made it difficult for kids’ baths, but overall had a great stay - host was super responsive and very helpful.

Absolutely loved my stay! 😍 I wanted to return for Christmas, but unfortunately, there was no availability. 😔 This location was perfect—beautiful and cozy, with plenty to do. It was my first time in Vermont, and I'm looking forward to many more visits. 😊

The home is very spacious in a peaceful setting. While it feels very secluded, you are only a few minutes from restaurants, shops and the grocery store - exactly what I was looking for. The hot tub and pool table were great amenities. Greg was very responsive in answering questions and having an item dropped off to ensure our comfort during the stay. Random things to note: the wifi works great however it did go out for about an hour one night and then again another night into the next day. This was a town wide issue and many businesses were preferring cash payment as cc payment requires internet. Bring cash just in case. Our AT&T cell service worked well at the house for calls/texting. The home also has excellent water pressure. The labels on the light switches were very welcomed. During our stay, there was a coffee maker that uses k-cups or the paper filters with loose coffee which was a nice surprise.

A beautiful location and close to a number of good hiking trails. Very friendly locals who shared some of their favorite spots, which is always helpful. Thanks and hoping ti come back again in the winter.

Loved this place for our family of 6. Plenty of space and things to do. It was wet due to the rain so we missed out on the fire pit and hot tub but the club house is a few minutes driving away. Pool was really warm indoor and outdoor. Highly recommend

Stayed here as three couples with two dogs and had so much fun. We never left the home because it was so relaxing and enough to do right at the air bnb. Whether we were having a fire, going in the hot tub, playing pool, or making dinners together in the huge kitchen! We will definitely be back!

Awesome property! Stayed here for a ski trip with friends, we had a great time and the house was a great size for all of us! Hot tub works great and the indoor fireplace was fun to use as well. Would absolutely stay again. Super polite and responsive hosts.

The pictures were definitely deceiving. Which made me sad because the photos looked great but it was very uncleanly, dirty sheets with feminine stains, and hair, the bathroom in the master had a dirty shower curtain, the carpet smelt like cat pee and they left no detergent to wash them which I was willing to do, the bed was smelly and hard. The picture had a water dispenser in it that didn’t exist in the house, dust everywhere and to top it off the window sill had BLACK MOLD in the master bedroom. I want to write this review because I think it is unfair that people who property manage airbnbs have an obligation to their clients and the homeowner to take care of the property and maintain it and do updates whn needed in order to provide healthy, clean, honest and safe boarding. When they deceive it is wrong and dishonest and I would never do that to someone take care of the spaces you rent out to people especially with the cost of an airbnb at this point in time and the fees

Thank you for your feedback. I personally visited the property right after your stay and did not find it in the condition you described. However, we take all guest feedback seriously and have decided to switch to a new cleaning crew for this property going forward. Regarding the issue you mentioned with the window sill, I can confirm that those are marks left by the window AC units, not black mold. In the future, if anything is not to your satisfaction during your stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We would have been more than happy to provide detergent, change the shower curtain, or address any other concerns you had. Since we didn’t hear from you during your stay, we were not given the opportunity to resolve the issues you mentioned. As you can see from our previous reviews, this is a well-maintained home, and we take pride in ensuring our guests have a great experience. Please feel confident in booking with us in the future.

Place was great! Rustic homie feel of the house and the area was very peaceful. Lots of beautiful Vermont attractions near by within 20 minutes. It's the perfect house for a group of people! We would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful time and the house exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in we considered extending our stay by another night. Plenty of room, kitchen was stocked with amenities, very comfortable and lots of games for our entertainment! Can’t wait to go back!

We had such an amazing weekend trip here! Great for our family vacation with 10 people, including 3 children. there was plenty of space and things to do. The only downside we had was when pulling out cookware, many needed to be cleaned due to old food on it. Hosts were wonderfully responsive and made this trip wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate to book again. thank you

Truly had the best experience at Morgan’s place! We plan to stay next year again with our group- the main space is great for a large group, Morgan is very responsive and instructions for house use and check-in were super easy to follow. Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful home. All the beds were very comfortable. The main living room really is as big as it looks in the pictures. Hot tub and fire pit were great. Pool table and foosball tables were both high quality. Very comfortable furniture all over the place.

Great space for large groups, plenty of space with a lot of great group activities to do at the house like play pool, have a fire, or use the hot tub. Location is central to many different cool VT spots.

The house was everything I thought, it was awesome! The open concept made it easy for everyone to enjoy each other. We enjoyed the pool table. Fuse ball and making meals. The kitchen was great! Sitting around the fire pit and the hot tub was very enjoyable as well. We had a hip cup with the refrigerator before we arrived and Morgan attended to a solution before we arrived at the house.we loved it so much I came home and looked to book it for next fall but there were no availability:( so book when you can and you won’t be disappointed!

Having a house large enough for the sibling group to gather was the goal and we enjoyed the large table and kitchen to cook. Loved bathroom with toilet room and shower rooms allowing sinks to be used. There was an issue with one “bedroom” not being private. Fabric screen and hung curtains closed in the upstairs landing and presented as a private bedroom. Plus kitchen sink faucet leaked. 3 other bedrooms were perfect. Enjoyed our stay.

Location was great. Place looks better than the pictures. Big disappointment with the fridge not functional. They had someone to come over and replace it with a small one but it took over 20 hours after we reported the incident.

Exactly what is to be expected from the photos! It felt like home and there were tons of things to do (games, puzzles, pool, foosball, hot tub). Clean and had all the kitchen supplies you could ever need!

We had an amazing time at the house. Plan for our group was to have relaxed slow pace day. The pool table and goose ball kept the dads busy. TV in the kids room with bunk beds was a lovely addition to keep folks in one place. The house was equipped with lot of kitchen tools and had a very good range making it easier to cook meals. Something that need some tending at the house was ac unit in the kids room that was not working, dining chairs were wobbly(we had a preggo mom who almost fell down) and drinking water can was empty. The host was super with Communication and access to the house was easy. Kids enjoyed the community pool and the club house. Definitely would recommend to groups with kids.
